TOTO: Could you please tell us about your business?

Khun Chatiphat:	My name is Chatiphat, and I work as an architect, contractor, developer, including the owner as well.
Khun Jaiake:	I’m Jaiake. I assist my father in running our business. He handles the construction part. On the other hand, I am in charge of management.

TOTO: Could you please tell us about NECA REICHE?

Khun Chatiphat:

We started from NECA Apartment, then we developed further built condos for sale. After we got this land, I planned to establish a hotel. I traveled all over the country so I had a chance to stay at other hotels. Some hotels, I found that the beds weren’t very comfy and air conditioners did not work effectively so I could not sleep well. The water was not hot. Loud noise. The safety was not safe enough. Therefore, I thought that if I could manage my own hotel, these problems would be solved.

Khun Jaiake:

The concept here is “Feel the Difference, Feel NECA REICHE.” When they stay here, our guests will experience something “different.” We have stayed in many hotels, both domestically and internationally. Finally, we found the right answer for helping our customers sleep well. Even for breakfast, we take care of all the ingredients. How much meat? How much fat? How much carbohydrates? We take care of detail, including good proportion and good taste. We applied our experience to provide a “Delicious meal and comfortable sleeping experience” for our guests at the hotel.

TOTO: How did you know TOTO?

Khun Jaiake:	My father went to Japan at the time with my family. He found TOTO.

Khun Chatiphat:	We have previously used other brands. However, after using a toilet for a while, the coating will always wear off. Until I found TOTO.
