TOTO: Could you please tell us about your business?

Khun Guek: My name is C. I’m a Malaysian. I have been running a hotel business in Thailand for 4 years called GOOD DREAM PREMIER HOTEL.

TOTO: Could you please tell us about the GOOD DREAM PREMIER Hotel?

Khun Guek:  I’ve been an architect in Malaysia for more than 10 years. My father fortunately has land in Hat Yai, Thailand. I took the opportunity to establish the hotel after realizing that the hotel market trend in Hat Yai was positive.

TOTO: What is your favorite hobby?

Khun Guek: Apart from hard work, I love traveling in Thailand. There are a lot of resorts and hotels which have been operated for so long. I went to learn management of these hotels to develop my own business.

TOTO: What are the criteria for choosing sanitary ware for your project?

Khun Guek: Products must first adhere to the hotel design concept. In addition to the hotel design, I always choose products which are high quality and worthwhile to impress customers.

TOTO: How did you know TOTO?

The project installed a one piece toilet model CW688U. TORNADO FLUSH is a flushing system that swirls 360 degrees thoroughly inside the RIMLESS toilet bowl. Moreover, it is equipped with CEFIONTECT is an ultra-smooth ceramic glaze that coats the toilet bowl, leaving no place for waste to gain a foothold.

It works perfectly with TOTO WASHLET automatic toilet seat, equipped with a smart wand that allows users to choose various spray patterns. For example; REAR CLEANSING, REAR SOFT CLEANSING, FRONT CLEANSING, WIDE FRONT CLEANSING, PULSATING CLEANSING, and OSCILLATING CLEANSING for ensuring thorough cleansing of the entire area. Moreover, the smart wand allows you to easily set the wand position, the water temperature, and the water pressure.

After use, EWATER+ automatically cleans inside the toilet bowl and the smart wand. It helps reduce the accumulation of bacteria and germs.

Furthermore, all users can use the automatic toilet seat conveniently with its hospitality functions. Eliminating the need to touch the toilet surfaces, the lid automatically opens and closes when the toilet is approached and departed (AUTO OPEN/CLOSE LID.) HEATED SEAT provides a comfortable warm temperature. Highly effective DEODORIZER automatically takes place inside the toilet bowl during use, leaving no disturbing odors. After using, WARM AIR DRYING with temperature control reduces the use of toilet paper. All functions are easily controlled with a remote control which is suitable for everyone.

Apart from the toilet with WASHLET, the hotel also installed a one-piece toilet model CW188UR. SOFT CLOSE lid is easily removed for cleaning and helps reduce the bumps and accidents while using. It is equipped with water saving technology. Using only 3.8 liters per one flush, TORNADO FLUSH perfectly cleans inside the RIMLESS toilet bowl without sacrificing its performance. It also reduces the adhesion of dirt as well.

Utilizes with the TOUCHLESS FAUCET that is easy to use and reduces the need of touching, suitable for the New Normal era.
