TOTO: Could you please tell us about your business?

Khun Gatesiri: I’m Gatesiri Parisutkul, the owner of Baan Rungtiva S20. The project is located in Hat Yai district, Songkhla. Actually, I’ve been in the real estate business for 12 years. We have a wide variety of real estates such as apartments, commercial buildings, detached houses, and condominiums.

TOTO: Could you please tell us about Baan Rungtiva S20?

Khun Gatesiri: Baan Rungtiva S20 is the 6th project. It’s Nordic Style. We have applied design style to the weather, and Thai people’s lifestyles in the south. There is natural light and natural breeze inside the house for energy saving. The house includes open spaces for connecting all activities along with family members all the time.

TOTO: What are the criteria for choosing products for your projects?

Khun Gatesiri: We focus on design and lifestyle. All projects are different. We design projects to support the market needs and lifestyles of people at that time. We think that we are the house owners. What do we want our home to be? We will choose products like that for our customers. Therefore, we choose all products that are high-quality material, durable, and beautiful. We always think about long-term usage.

TOTO: How can you blend in your lifestyle to fit your work?

Khun Gatesiri: Apart from work, I spend time traveling. Each country has a unique style of architecture. In Asia, Japan is outstanding in minimal and compact design, but functional. We can apply elements of each country to our houses, projects, and design.

TOTO: How did you know TOTO?

Khun Gatesiri: I’ve known TOTO brand for a long time. It is famous abroad. I was really familiar with TOTO when I traveled to Japan. I saw TOTO everywhere. Until one day, TOTO sales introduced TOTO to me. After that, it’s the starting point where we really go into the details of what TOTO is. Materials and design match our projects. As I’ve said, our projects focus on design, functionality, and durability. TOTO meets all we need. RIMLESS toilet bowl makes toilet cleaning easier. It’s convenient for customers in the future.

TOTO: Could you please share with us your impression about TOTO toilets?

Khun Gatesiri: Personally, I have installed TOTO for my home as well. Normally, ordinary toilet color will fade and create stains after using it for a long time. However, TOTO toilet is enduringly beautiful. With its simple fitting and installation, there is no bad smell problem. The flushing system works effectively. The toilet design is minimal and elegant. It is suitable for modest homes. For TOTO, 1. The design is beautiful. 2. It’s durable 3. Trust in Japanese standards. I’m so confident in its quality that’s why I chose TOTO.

TOTO: Before we leave, what would you like to say to audiences?

Khun Gatesiri: For Rungtiva project, we have the new project called ‘Grand Rungtiva.’ It’s a big project that consists of 200 houses. There are commercial buildings, single-story detached houses, and two-story detached houses. It will be launched at the end of this year. Same as other Rungtiva projects, we have chosen TOTO products. We focus on design. Please stay tuned.
