TOTO: Could you please tell us about yourself?
Khun Sucharit: I’m Sucharit Rungsimuntoran. I’m currently semi-retired. I’ve been your customer for 7-8 years.
TOTO: Please tell us a little bit about your lifestyle.
Khun Sucharit: I appreciate nature, trees, and gardens. Since I frequently travel to Japan, Japanese gardens have had a big influence on me.
TOTO: What do you like when traveling in Japan?
Khun Sucharit: I appreciate the general personality of Japanese people. They are polite, and their restrooms are very clean. When I first visited Japan, I was surprised by the automatic restrooms. Simply pressing the button will get all the tasks done.
