TOTO: Could you please tell us about yourself?

Khun Thitiwat: Hello, my name is Thitiwat Puttiteerachot. Currently, I’m a doctor.

TOTO: Please tell us a little bit about your lifestyle.

Khun Thitiwat: Normally, I don’t have as much time during the working day for my interests. I therefore spend much of my time looking for delicious meals or coffee. I enjoy traveling if I have the time. I frequently go to Japan.

TOTO: What do you like when traveling in Japan?

Khun Thitiwat: I like many things about Japan. First of all, I enjoy going out to eat. Secondly, traveling in nice weather makes me very delighted. Finally, I think everyone may feel that Japan is outstanding in this regard. Japanese toilets are great, innovative, and easy to use.

TOTO: Have you ever tried TOTO when traveling in Japan?

Khun Thitiwat: When I go to Japan, most toilets definitely install TOTO products. I’ve used them in hotels and restaurants. At home, I’ve used them in some rooms. Therefore, I have experience with TOTO products.

TOTO: How do you feel when visiting TOTO Technical Center Bangkok?

Khun Thitiwat: Technologies, in my opinion, are increasingly advanced. I already use a cutting-edge toilet. However, I learned so much interesting information from visiting the TOTO showroom. There are a lot of new technologies. I feel excited about numerous technologies.

TOTO: Could you please share with us your impression of TOTO toilets?

Khun Thitiwat: I really love automatic products. We don’t have to touch anything. As a doctor, when using the toilet, I am concerned about cleanliness and hygiene. Therefore, it is good to touch as little as possible. The second is the TORNADO FLUSH technology. I feel comfortable with ultimate hygiene. EWATER+ is another technology I like. It decreases bacterial growth. We feel comfortable using the toilet, which reduces germs because we have to use the toilet every day, many times.

TOTO: What would you like to say to someone who is looking for toilet or bathroom equipment?

Khun Thitiwat: I would like to say that cleanliness and hygiene are important. If we can suppress bacteria, we can reduce dirtiness. I think it would be safe.
