TOTO: How did you know TOTO?
Khun Penpitchaya: I have visited Japan, and found an automatic toilet. I really liked it since then. It’s clean and not dirty while using. I love it so much and wish that it would be sold in Thailand. If there is the automatic toilet in Thailand, I will install it at my house. One day, I had a chance to renovate my house. I went shopping, and found the automatic toilet. It seemed like the one that I’ve used in Japan. It was interesting. I found “TOTO” brand. Absolutely, it came from Japan. I thought that I should have one in my own bathroom.
TOTO: Why did you choose TOTO products for your home?
Khun Penpitchaya: Firstly, TOTO is outstanding in advanced technologies. I truly believe that “TOTO” in Japan brand. Japan is the original country of WASHLET. So I trust in the Japanese brand. If I use the Japanese brand, it would be the same feeling that I’ve used in Japan. I was really impressed. Secondly, I love product design. It looks minimal, but also luxurious that harmonizes with a variety of spaces. Lastly, It provides us the ultimate hygiene. Normally, in Thailand, we use a hand held bidet sprayer. It makes water drop and splash. I feel that it’s not clean. However, it never happened with an automatic toilet.

TOTO: Could you please tell us how you feel about TOTO products?
Khun Penpitchaya: After installing and trialing, personally I really loved it since I’ve used it for the first time. But for my family members, they feel unfamiliar. Innovative technologies are totally the new things for them. However, after using it, every one of them loves it. Firstly, it provides us the feeling of cleanliness. Back then, we have used a hand held bidet sprayer. It’s not clean enough. If we had guests who used it, except for our family members, we would feel really uncomfortable. But for an automatic toilet, we don’t have to touch it. We don’t have to see water drop any more. It really provides us the ultimate hygienic feeling of “Toilet”.
