TOTO: Could you please tell us about your business?

Khun Kulasek: At first my family ran a business about marine engines in Pattaya. Due to expanding the business, I took care of the Phuket branch. That’s why I opened a showroom. Once, I traveled abroad and rented a car. I was very impressed, so I found information about the brand and its history. Apart from my marine business, I opened the car showroom.

TOTO: Do you take the part in making decisions for product choosing in your showrooms?

Khun Kulasek: Audi has set the CI. Tones, colors, materials, patterns were controlled. We need to import some parts from aboard. Furnitures were also imported. Even the façade and lights were imported. There is not so much showroom in thailand, that was strictly designed according to the headquarter country. When we had an opportunity to build the showroom, there were people from abroad who gave us advice, so we tried to design it according to Audi’s CI as much as possible. However, there are some parts that we can design or choose by ourselves. That part was the toilets.

TOTO: Why did you choose TOTO for your showrooms?

Khun Kulasek: TOTO is a good brand. If our customers experience the good products, they will be interested and tell their friend about our showrooms. I think that toilets can represent the brand image. If your toilets are clean and comfortable, your customers may love that. Some places are good places. However, if toilets get dirty or are inconvenient, customers may not be satisfied. That’s why I would like to show TOTO technologies here. TOTO is quite a good brand.

TOTO: Personally, have you ever used TOTO products?

Khun Kulasek: Personally, I use TOTO an integrated toilet – NEOREST. It is so comfortable and convenient. When we approach, the lid automatically opens. As a man, I can press a button on a remote control. The toilet seat will open up for me. When we sit, the seat is comfortably warm (HEATED SEAT). After use, it automatically flushes (AUTO FLUSH) and the lids automatically close (AUTO OPEN/CLOSE LID). NEOREST is very convenient.

Khun Kulasek: If you have a chance to visit Phuket, I would like to invite you to visit the Audi Showroom. Our showroom is very beautiful and elegant. I meticulously choose materials and build this showroom. When people drive through the city, from the airport or even from Patong, they will see a building that looks simple but stylish. Showroom display is beautiful and modern. Toilets are very clean. We would like to invite you to experience Audi brand. It would be one of the places to visit.
