TOTO: Could you please tell us about the project of Charn Issara?

Khun Ditawat: Today, we are at Baan Issara Bangna. It’s a single detached house project, which is super luxury with maximum privacy. We provide our customers the best and high quality products. Beginning with architectural designers. The house is modern and luxurious. We concern not only in the part of universal design, but also technologies that come with the modern house. First of all, for Universal Design, we created the house which you can live in for the whole life. It has ramps, also an elevator in the 3-storey house, including, solar cell. Moreover, we provide you with home automation. As I’ve told, it’s a luxury project, so we provide customers the best.

TOTO: What are the criteria for choosing sanitary wares in the project?

Khun Ditawat: For choosing and designing in Charn Issara, we focus on good functions and high quality to provide our customers the best in everything. When customers buy our houses, our condominiums, we would take care of them for their whole life. In addition, its price should be worthy. We don’t choose anything that is beautiful, expensive, but not functional. We like balancing between function and quality.

TOTO: Why did you choose TOTO automatic toilet for your projects?

Khun Ditawat: Since it’s a luxury project, one of things that we were concerned about was a toilet. When we talk about the most luxurious toilet, it must be WASHLET, right? Everyone, who has visited Japan, has ever used WASHLET. TOTO is well-known as the WASHLET developer. WASHLET is the small thing in the bathroom, but the bathroom is also something that we use so often. WASHLET is the automatic product. When we approach, the lid automatically opens for us to sit with the comfortable temperature seat. (AUTO OPEN/CLOSE LID and HEATED SEAT) It automatically flushes after each use. (AUTO FLUSH) After using WASHLET, I’m so impressed. Especially, during the COVID-19 situation, most of us truly concern about touching anything. Automatic technologies make us feel more comfortable.

Khun Ditawat: As I’ve told, I’ve known TOTO since I was a kid. I’m familiar with TOTO brand and TOTO values. I trust in Japan’s brand quality. Which country is the most trusted brand? I think Japan is one of the top. We have no doubt about Japan’s quality. WASHLET is a technical product. It’s not the same as a lavatory or even an ordinary toilet. WASHLET has technologies. I believe that TOTO is 1 of WASHLET developers for so long. Its standard is the best. With all experiences, I believe that TOTO gives us the best products in the world.

TOTO: Could you please tell us how you feel about TOTO products?

Khun Ditawat: As I’ve said, TOTO is the well-known brand for so long. I’m confident in TOTO quality. What TOTO and Charn Issara have in common are quality, functions, and worthy price. If Charn Issara would like to provide the best for our customers, we should select a brand that has the same concept. Moreover, if we focus on after care service, since I’ve worked with TOTO, I’ve never been worried that my orders would not deliver on time or get the wrong order. If there is anything not going as planned, I trust that TOTO would take their responsibility. Being confident in each other and be the strong brand,

we feel comfortable that if we trust in TOTO products, there will be no problems.
