TOTO: Could you please tell us about your business?

Khun Chatkaew: I’m Chatkaew Thanintranon, the managing director of Ban Kanjanasub Co., Ltd. – real estate business in Songkhla. Projects are built for sale. There are commercial buildings, detached houses, and townhome projects. It started with my family’s business. My father has been in the real estate business for 30 years. I started to manage my family’s businesses such as the gas station, and house project called Ban Kanjanasub Co., Ltd. After that, projects have been launched continuously during these 12 years. There are about 12 projects.

TOTO:Do you take part in making decisions for product choosing in your project?

Khun Chatkaew: I’ve chosen the house styles on my own, even materials. Choose from my user experience. Moreover, all products should match our projects in each area.

TOTO: How did you know TOTO?

Khun Chatkaew: I first met TOTO, when I traveled to Japan. TOTO products were installed in the 5-star hotels. When I came back, TOTO sales approached me to recommend products. Then, I was interested in TOTO and had chosen TOTO up until now.

TOTO: Could you please share with us your impression about TOTO toilets?

Khun Chatkaew: I’m so impressed that I chose TOTO. I chose TOTO because it is made of good material.  After-service is excellent. Choosing TOTO in the project is also suitable for my customers.
